Stephen Tyrone Colbert is an American comedian, television host, actor, and writer. He was born on May 13, 1964 to a Catholic family in Washington, D.C., U.S. He lived in Maryland in his early years. His family later moved to South Carolina, where he spent the rest of his childhood.
